There are many skills that are required to be a flight attendant including:

• The ability to work well with cabin crew members and all passengers
• The ability to deal with confrontation
• The ability to remain calm in a stressful situation
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to reach over head compartments comfortably
• Fluent in English
• Be confident
• Be positive
• Have excellent communication skills
